Gallium Oxide
Gallium Oxide is odorless fine white powder, insoluble in water. It is an inorganic compound with the formula Ga2O3. Its most stable structure is P-type crystal. Gallium oxide is a promising ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductor for power electronics applications because of its outstanding breakdown field strength.
