Gallium Products

Gallium Oxide is odorless fine white powder, insoluble in water. It is an inorganic compound with the formula Ga2O3. Its most stable structure is P-type crystal. Gallium oxide is a promising ultra-wide-bandgap semiconductor for power electronics applications because of its outstanding breakdown field strength. Gallium granule is a soft silvery metallic granules. It is brittle solid at low temperatures. According to its purity gallium could be used in semiconductor, optoelectronic applications and it is also used in metal alloying and energy storage applications. Gallium metal is magnetic and an excellent conductor of both heat and electricity. It expands on solidifying (by 3.2%) and the density is higher in the liquid than in the solid state. It’s melting point is only 29.8°C and easy to become to liquid form at Summer.
